The fact that Bancoran didn't seem worried by Maraich's disappearance made Quatre wonder. Did he really not care or did he not know how long Maraich had been gone? Had time be working differently between their two different worlds that Maraich thought it was longer than Bancoran? It made him hopefully that maybe everything had been running well in their world.

He watched as Maraich joined him in the bed again. He didn't have a doubt in his mind that his "acting casual" wouldn't be take seriously by Bancoran. He had been making some amount of noise and Bancoran may have been watching them wiggle together and Maraich kiss his neck for a few seconds before interrupting them.

For the moment, he remained quiet, letting Bancoran speak.
